BOGOR — SEGARIS.CO — A tragic incident rocked Rawajamun Village, Dayeuh Village, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency.
A member of the Bekasi Metro Police, Aipda Nikson Pangaribuan alias Ucok (41), is suspected of abusing his biological mother, Herlina Sianipar (61), to death.
This incident occurred on Sunday, December 1, 2024, and is now in the public spotlight.
Bogor Police Chief, AKBP Rio Wahyu Anggoro, revealed that the temporary suspicion shows that there is no mental disorder in the perpetrator.
“Based on the initial examination, we did not find any indication of mental disorder in Aipda Nikson,” he said.

The dispute allegedly started from the sale of liquor
This tragic incident began with an argument between Nikson and his mother, which was allegedly triggered by the sale of alcoholic beverages at their family stall.
The shop operates as a grocery store on a daily basis, but is also known to sell alcoholic beverages.
However, AKBP Rio emphasized that the real motive is still being investigated.
“We are still investigating all aspects of this case. We will release the results soon to ensure transparency in handling this case,” he said.
Violence leads to death
According to statements from local residents, the argument between Nikson and his mother escalated to violence.
The perpetrator is suspected of using a 3-kilogram LPG gas cylinder as a weapon to assault his mother. As a result of the assault, Herlina Sianipar died on the spot.
Detained and threatened with severe punishment
After the incident, Aipda Nikson was detained by Propam Polda Metro Jaya to undergo further investigation.
He will also face an ethics hearing as part of the police institution’s internal sanctions.
In addition, Nikson was charged with Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code or Article 338 of the Criminal Code, with a sentence of up to 15 years in prison.
